1. Requirements for Notifying Infringement

If you are copyrighted and/or an authorized agent working on behalf of the copyright owner, of content that you believe is available through Castle infringes upon your intellectual property rights, then please send our dedicated team a formal infringement notification.

A proper notice from you must provide the following information:

2. Handling of Infringement Notifications

When we receive a properly completed and legally compliant infringement notification, our team will review the submission as quickly & expediently as possible, and respond within a reasonable timeframe to let you know we have received it.

We will thoroughly investigate the matter and remove or disable access to the material in question for which we are required by law to do so.

We have a strict policy on repeat offenders, and can restrict or revoke access to individuals who violate copyright rules more than once, without notice.

3. Procedure for Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake, or that it has been misidentified, you can submit a counter-notification.

This document should include:

Your complete contact information;

A description of the content that is taken down;

Your sincere belief that this was an error;

Agreement to submit to the courts in India;

Your physical or electronic signature.

Your counter-notice will be sent to the person who made the original complaint. If they don’t file legal action in 14 business days, we may restore the content on our platform.

4. Liability and User Responsibilities

Sorry, Castle is not liable for copyright violations by third-party content providers because it would be impossible for us to monitor every piece of content posted through our site.
